PM Viktor Orban sent a formal letter to President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker to inform him on results of Hungary's referendum.
PM Orban indicated that in the interests of enforcing the will of the overwhelming majority of people who took part in the referendum, the Cabinet has decided to initiate the amendment of the Constitution, announced Prime Minister’s Press Office.
Mr. Orban also stressed that the constitutional amendment will be in harmony with EU law.
