The Hungarian government will do everything possible to ensure a shift in EU migration policy, says Gyorgy Bakondi, Chief Political Advisor.
Mr. Bakondi pointed out that the main policy direction should no longer be reception, resettlement, integration and redistribution of migrants. The most fundamental issue to be addressed is that Europe must be able to control external borders which consist of security checks of those arriving, and which ensure the safety of EU citizens.
