The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade condemns the terrorist attack in Istanbul in the strongest possible terms, announced Tamas Menczer, the Ministry’s Chief Press Officer.
The security of the European Union begins with the stability of Turkey, and accordingly all attacks of this kind also constitute an attack against the European Union, Mr menczer said, adding that Hungary sent its condolences to the grieving and wish the injured a speedy recovery; and it also expressed assurances to Turkey that Hungary was standing next to Turkey in the fight against terrorism.
