Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski arrived to Budapest to hold talks with Peter Szijjarto, the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Mr Szijjarto stated that cooperation between Hungary and Poland has always been a main focus “and it will remain so in future”. He also added that strengthening V4 cooperation was a strategic goal to Hungary, as “attainable economic success and political cooperation significantly increases the weight of the region within Europe”.
Mr Waszczykowski declared that Hungary and Poland had very similar views and put forward similar solutions to different problems.
