The Hungarian Ministry of Justice sent the answer to the European Commission's administrative letter about the Hungarian refugee policies, Magyar Hírlap reported based on information from the Ministry.
According to Magyar Hírlap's information the European Commission has asked clarification from the Hungarian government in four questions regarding its refugee policies. The Commission announced in December that it opened an infringement case against Hungary over its recently adopted asylum law. Minister of Justice, László Trócsányi said that their objections are technical. The Ministry of Justice has already answered the Commission's letter.
