According to the latest polls, the majority of Hungarians are in favour of a Hungary-organized Olympics.
58 percent of the Hungarians would be happy and 62 percent would be proud to host Budapest 2024. 65 percent said that Budapest would be able to organize the event at least on the same level (38 percent) as Rio de Janeiro did this August, 27 say Budapest will be even better.
The younger generations back to most the Budapest Olympics, and university-educated people support the cause the most.
