The ruling party refuses to hike taxes and would reduce VAT on fish.

The Hungarian government is expected to submit its draft bill on next year's budget to Parliament on 26 April, Lajos Kósa, the parliamentary group leader of the governing Fidesz party, told a press conference. Fidesz refuses to raise taxes and wants laws that ensure lower tax burdens for Hungarians, he added. The party endorses the reduction of VAT on fish. It would like to lower several other levies, if it doesn't threaten the balance of the budget.
