Budapest will host OTB Bank Gourmet Festival from 12 to 15 May, featuring the Hungarian gastronomy served by the country’s top chefs.
The festival will not only celebrate the Hungarian gastronomy from all over the country, but also present the best wineries, palinka distilleries, breweries and confectioners.
It will be kicked off by Bocuse d’Or chef competition’s European Selection, discovering dishes made of red deer and sturgeon. Game and fish dishes will also be served up at the prestigious event.
As the Gourmet Festival’s founder, Karoly Gerendai, said in statement, “it’s a huge honor to cooperate with this world famous competition”. He added that Gourmet Festival with Bocuse d’Or provides a great forum for Hungarian gastronomy and the very best of Hungarian cuisine.
