President Janos Ader could run again after Fidesz chose him to be the party’s choice of presidential candidate for the next term.
Earlier speculation suggested the party wouldn't vote in favour of Ader, Zoltan Balog, the current Minsiter of Human Capacities were in talks instead. But Fidesz eventually decied to choose President Ader.
PM Viktor Orban last week actually said that Ader's return is a “serious possibility”.
