Europe cannot afford migration, said Zoltan Kovacs, Government Spokesperson stating Hungary's stand on the crisis.
“Europe cannot afford to have millions of migrants arriving in its territory illegally every year”, he said. “As soon as migration becomes a mass phenomenon, all we can do is to try and deal with its consequences. In contrast, Hungary is attempting to stop the causes of illegal immigration.”
