Gyorgy Bakondi said on the Saturday evening programme of the public service television news channel M1 that the EU is seeking to adopt a new migration regime before the end of this parliamentary term, thereby creating a fait accompli situation for the new European Parliament to be elected next year in which “extreme liberal and left-wing” groups are far from certain to be given a major role similar to that which they are currently enjoying.
He highlighted that Turkey is no longer fulfilling its obligations related to illegal immigration with the same self-confidence as before.
