The Court of Justice of the EU is to deliver judgement in the quota lawsuit on September 6.
The sentence is very close in the lawsuits filed by Hungary and Slovakia against the mandatory relocation of asylum-seekers. The Court of Justice of the European Union informed Hungarian news agency MTI on Sunday that the judgement will be delivered on September 6.
The two countries challenged the decision of the Justice and Home Affairs Council of the EU in 2015. Hungary would have to temporarily take in 1,294 asylum-seekers and Slovakia, 902.
