Minister of Justice Laszlo Trocsanyi commented on the European Commission's latest infringement procedure concerning the Hungarian asylum legislation, saying the EC's objections are only “technical”.
“The European Commission objected only to some technical aspects related to the application of regulations”, he said adding that the EC couldn't find any substantial failings in the Hungarian institutional system.
According to Mr Trocsanyi Croatia and Greece was the target of more serious objections, including violation of the Dublin Regulation, whereas Hungary got only questions regarding translation and interpretation services
