Hungary launched today the Digital Theme Week in 750 schools around the country. According to officials, the program is a “surprise success”.
Digital Theme Week can be attended by 75000 schoolchildren throughout the country as 5500 teachers offer 1900 programs in 750 schools.
Digital literacy will be essential at most vacancies in the next few years and decades, so Hungary's goal is to provide a proper amount of quality digital curriculum, by the time, when broadband internet connection in each school will be available.
