FOSS Analytical, a Danish manufacturer of food analysis and quality control systems, purchased Hungarian local biotech company Soft Flow Hungary. No details were disclosed on the cost of the acquisition.
Hungarian Soft Flow began operations in 1992, according to the companyʼs website, and currently employs a staff of 22 The company produces a kit for detecting mycotoxin contamination in food, among many other products, MTI said. The company saw revenue of just over HUF 400 million in 2014.
