According to the Central Statistical Office's latest report, Hungary’s construction output volume dropped by 29.8 percent in April, whereas it was up by 2 percent in the previous month.
In comparison to last year's data, the volume of construction output was 28.3 percent lower in Q1. As for building constructions, output rose by 2.9 percent, but it fael 64.7 percent in civil engineering works.
