New poll shows clear support for the ruling coalition, less than one year before the elections.
The ruling parties have 30% support among all voters, a survey by the Nézőpont Institute has shown. According to the survey, the governing Fidesz-Christian Democrat party alliance enjoys more support among Hungarians than all other political parties combined.
Nationalist party Jobbik has the support of 11% of Hungarian voters and the opposition Socialist Party enjoys the support of 7%. The leftist-liberal opposition Democratic Coalition
(DK) has the support of 3%, green LMP the support of 3% and the Momentum Movement of 2%. The opposition Együtt, Liberal and Dialogue parties, as well as the satirical Kétfarkú Kutya (Two-tailed Dog) each have 1% of public support.
