Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szijjarto answered Greek PM Alexis Tsipras' statement, saying blackmailing one another “is is extremely un-European behaviour”.
“The European Union isn’t about blackmailing each other”, he stated adding Greece should conform to common Schengen Area regulations. “Common regulations must be adhered to, just as Hungary is adhering to common regulations. It would be good if Greece did so too”, he said.
Alexis Tsipras previously announced that Athens can't accept that there are some countries building fences instead of welcoming refugees.
