The migration policy that is endangering Europe must be ended, Gyorgy Bakondi, Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister said.
“The changes that have already occurred in many of Europe’s countries must appear at the next European Union summit, and the migration policy that is endangering the continent must be ended”, Bakondi said on Hungarian M1 television’s Saturday evening current affairs program, Kormany.hu reports.
He stressed that thanks to the nation state-level changes that have occurred in recent years, and particularly in recent months, the protection of the population, local culture and national identity are increasingly coming to the fore. “However, the EU leadership is still pushing for the distribution of migrants and the punishment of member states who refuse to comply, despite the fact that the European Union’s fundamental treaties do not include any obligations of this nature”, he added.
