Family support, among other rights, will be available not only for refugees, but also people who fits the legal category of “persons entitled to subsidiary protection”. They will get the same legal status as the Hungarians, says the official announcement.
It also declares that such people have to accept public work that officials offer to them. As for health insurance, if they are not insured, they need to pay monthly an around 7000 HUF fee to cover their occasional medical treatment. Such amount is only a slightly higher than what uninsured Hungarians have to pay. Under-aged migrants don't have to pay anything, their medical treatments will remain free.
