Szijjártó: Romania-Hungary Relations a Success Story

Foreign minister announced two new border crossings

Hungarian and Romanian ministers agreed on the permanent opening of two border crossings.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó and his Romanian counterpart Teodor Melescanu came to an agreement on the permanent opening of two temporary border crossing stations that are currently operating with limited opening hours. The ministers also agreed on the opening of a Hungarian Cultural Institute in Kolozsvár (Cluj-Napoca).
During his visit to Bucharest, in a statement to MTI Szijjártó called the trade relations between Hungary and Romania a success story that facilitate favourable developments in relationships between the two countries in other fields.
